Questions before ordering

Can you clean an Excel or Google Sheets file?

Yes. Export one worksheet as CSV, or send one ordinary XLSX worksheet after scope confirmation. The fixed price covers one table, not a multi-sheet model or dashboard.

Will near-duplicates be merged automatically?

No. Exact duplicates follow the agreed key. Similar names, companies or addresses are placed in a review file unless you approve a deterministic merge rule.

What files will I receive?

A cleaned CSV, a separate review CSV for uncertain records and a short audit summary reconciling input rows, removed exact duplicates and output rows.

Should I send sensitive data?

No. Remove passwords, payment-card details, medical information and government identifiers. Send only the business-contact fields needed for the agreed cleanup.
