Service scope and delivery
- The product page and Stripe description define the purchased word, string, message or product count.
- The delivery clock begins after payment and all readable source material, target audience, required format and protected terms have arrived.
- Missing facts, ambiguous text and unsupported claims are flagged rather than invented.
- Written services do not include live interpreting, sourcing representation, contract authority, certified translation or legal/regulatory advice.
Revisions
One revision means one consolidated set of changes that remains within the original source material and purchased scope. New products, new source text, changed specifications or a different target format may require a new quote.
Cancellation and refunds
- A written-service order may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins.
- If work has begun, contact us promptly. We will identify what has been completed and offer an appropriate correction, partial refund or full refund based on the undelivered scope.
- Duplicate charges, unavailable files and materially corrupted digital downloads will be replaced or refunded.
- Because downloadable files are delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after a successful download, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
- If an order cannot be accepted because of location, tax treatment, regulated content or scope, it will not be fulfilled until the issue is resolved; a refund may be offered.

Payments and privacy
- Card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored on this website.
- Billing country, email, business tax ID when supplied, product selection and order intake fields may be used to verify payment, tax treatment and fulfillment.
- The web quote form stores the submitted business email, optional company name, selected service, written brief, reply language and public source page in a private Firebase record so the request can be answered. It does not accept file uploads.
- Priority pages use cookieless aggregate traffic measurement. It records only the public page path, referring website hostname or “direct”, and UTC date. It does not create a visitor ID or intentionally collect query strings, email addresses or form content.
- Firebase and Google Cloud process ordinary technical request logs needed to deliver the site and its traffic endpoint.
- Source files and correspondence are used to complete and support the order. They are not published as portfolio material without separate written permission.
- Do not send passwords, production customer data or confidential supplier pricing through public links. Email private material after purchase or scope confirmation.
- You may request deletion of supplied working files after delivery, subject to records that must be retained for payment, tax, fraud or legal purposes.
Contact and buyer location
Direct Checkout is intended for Canada/US customers and international business buyers. EU and UK consumers should email before paying so indirect-tax treatment can be confirmed.
